NFL: Bills end bad streak after beating Panthers

December 20, 2021

With the partnership of Josh Allen and Devin Singletary on a brilliant afternoon, Buffalo Bills beat Carolina Panthers 31-14 with authority.

The quarterback of the Bills, Josh Allen finished with 19 completions of 34 attempts with 210 yards, while Singletary kept alive the running attack of Buffalo and opened the scoring with a 16-yard run.

After the injury he suffered against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Allen had a team strategy against the Panthers that limited his mobility so as not to aggravate the situation.

Allen he was sacked four times, the most of the season, for a 17-yard loss. He got away once for a 26-yard gain in the third quarter.

Buffalo (8-6) was at risk for its first three-game losing streak in recent three years. The Bills won four of nine games and are still in position to advance to the playoffs as a wild-card team. They can still repeat as AFC East champions with a key game on the New England Patriots’ door next Sunday.
