What happened in the case of poisoned cocaine in the Greater Buenos Aires enclave, where tonight at least 17 deaths and more than 50 hospitalizations were confirmed, reveals a new sequence in the process of degradation derived from the dispute between drug gangs. A degradation of which the State is a party by carrying out a fight from null to reactive against criminal organizations.
